The open kitchen with induction hob is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. For your relaxing holiday, you have access to the beautiful swimming pool with a dedicated children's area. The highlight of this apartment is access to the large 500 sqm roof solarium terrace, exclusively reserved for a few apartments, with a magnificent 360-degree view of Lake Garda. There is also a hot tub on the terrace. The complex is just a stone's throw from the lakeside promenade. You can park your car in the private underground garage. The garage accommodates cars of normal size, SUVs or large cars do not fit. Supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlours, bank, post office, etc. are within walking distance.
The swimming pool is open from 01/06 to 30/09 with the following hours: 09-13/15-19. (According to condominium rules, each household is entitled to two sun loungers)
