The location is ideal: close to all services, but secluded enough to guarantee tranquillity and relaxation.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment opens onto a welcoming open-plan living area, which combines living room and kitchen in a harmonious environment. Here you will find a sofa bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Next to the living room is the double bedroom, bright and welcoming.
Beside the bedroom, you access the windowed bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washing machine.
Guests also have free access to the communal swimming pool.
Tourist tax: € 2.80 per day per person to be paid at check-in starting from 1 night for a maximum of 30 nights.

Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, while check-out must occur by 10:00 AM to allow for professional cleaning operations.
