From the living room and from the kitchen there is direct access to the balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
Next to the living room you can access the double bedroom with a large French window that communicates with the private balcony. Next to the room, there is access to the windowed bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

THE TWO ROOMS ARE SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER AND ARE NOT A SINGLE OPEN SPACE. THEY ARE TWO DISTINCT ENVIRONMENTS WITH TWO DIFFERENT DOORS, EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE ADVERTISEMENT PHOTOS.

The location of the apartment is perfect for discovering Sirmione and Lake Garda. In just a few minutes, you can reach the lake, beaches, and the picturesque historic centre with the famous Scaliger Castle, thermal baths, and its characteristic alleys full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area is also ideal for those who love walking, cycling, or visiting the main attractions of Lake Garda.

Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, while check-out must occur by 10:00 AM to allow for professional cleaning operations. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to provide guests' identification documents and a municipal stay tax might be required according to local regulations. During the stay, an assistance service will be available for any information or needs.

Out of respect for the structure and other guests, organising parties or events is not permitted and guests are asked to respect quiet hours, especially in the evening and night-time. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and we ask guests to use the house and common areas of the residence with care.
