The apartment enjoys a privileged condition of privacy, being in a suggestive position that allows you to glimpse the lake among the greenery that surrounds it.

The living room and kitchen directly overlook a small terrace with a unique view of the Rocca di Manerba which will not disappoint you; here you will want to prepare refreshing aperitifs on warm summer evenings or simply relax enjoying a spectacular sunset.
Next to the living room, through a hallway, you can access the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed; always from the hallway, you enter the bathroom with sink, shower , toilet and bidet.
The residence has two swimming pools, one large and one smaller suitable for children.
For the more sporty there is also the possibility of using the red clay tennis court.
The apartment also has a private outdoor parking space.
