Original two-room apartment located in a perfect area of Sirmione: in a residential area at the beginning of the peninsula, therefore far from traffic but close to the port, the most famous beaches and all services.
This apartment, located on the first floor of a small residence without a swimming pool, has all the characteristics to make you spend a perfect holiday.
Furnished with a unique style, where wood is the master, at the entrance you will immediately find the fully equipped kitchenette and the living room with a sofa and a large dining table; its brightness is given by the terrace that develops in length, embellished with flowers and plants, from which you can glimpse the lake and a part of the port. Here a dinner or an aperitif enjoying the cool summer evenings is a must.
In a second room we find the nice bedroom and the bathroom adjacent to it equipped with shower, sink, and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, centralised heating, washing machine, hairdryer and television, and is also perfect for those working remotely, thanks to quiet and well-organised spaces.

Located in Sirmione, the apartment allows you to quickly reach the historic centre with its picturesque streets, the beaches of Lake Garda, Gardaland and other theme parks, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and local restaurants.

Check-in is simple and autonomous via code, available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of late check-in upon request. Check-out is expected by 10:00 AM. Throughout the stay, a dedicated GardaGate contact is available for any emergency or information. Upon arrival, an identity document and payment of the municipal stay tax will be required.

Pets are not allowed, organising parties or events is prohibited, and observance of quiet hours is requested to ensure a peaceful holiday for all guests.
