The entrance is on the first floor with only stairs.
Entering the apartment you will immediately find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; in the same harmonious environment you will find the living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV with german satellite channels, overlooking the comfortable balcony, where you can enjoy lunches and dinners enjoying the lake climate.
The living room leads to the large double bedroom with wardrobe and work area. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Air conditioning and communal garden. Swimming pool available to guests, mandatory swimming cap, no deck chairs available.

This holiday apartment is located in the Residence dei Fiori at the entrance to the beautiful Sirmione peninsula.
